Frog Lake Butte Trail #484
This trail offers excellent views of Mt. Hood from the top of Frog Lake Butte. This more difficult trail connects you between Lower Twin Lake to the Butte.
This trail begins on top of Frog Lake Butte at Forest Road 2610-220 (5,280’) and ends at Twin Lakes Trail #495 (4,200’). It is a gentle forested stroll with views to the east of the White River area and access to the southerly lake of Twin Lakes from the south. Forest Road 2610-220 is a rough road. An alternate would be to park on Forest Road 2610 and hike Frog Lake Trail #530 to intersect this trail.
