Eagle Benson Trail

Area Status: Temporarily Closed
This area is Closed

This trail is in the Mark O. Hatfield Wilderness.  This is a trail for more experienced hikers due to the length and grade. The trail creates a long loop. Brush grows quickly in this area, so the trail may become difficult at certain points.  It is not a recommended tie between Pacific Crest Trail #2000 and Eagle Creek #440.

From Eagle Creek Trail #440 (950’), the trail climbs steeply via several switchbacks to the trails end at the junction with Pacific Crest #2000 (3,800’).
