Glade Trail #661

  

Alpine trail is a steep trail that leaves from Crosstown  trail and travels to Timberline Lodge. In the winter many people ski from Timberline down to government camp. This trail is not recommended for cross-country skiers. In the summer the late summer the trail has an abundance of huckleberries. This trail was recently closed to Mountain biking.

Directions:

From Sandy, OR - travel east of Sandy on US Hwy 26 29.2 miles to Timberline Road.  Turn left on Timberline Road and travel 5.3 miles to the Timberline Lodge. Park in the main parking lot and walk up to the entrance of the historic Timberline Lodge
