The trail begins at Glacier View Sno-Park/Trailhead.   During the winter, cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities are available on this trail. When you combine glacier view and Pioneer Bridle trail you have a good loop fro cross-country skiing of snowshoeing. This is a lower elevation ski trail and is best to do on a big snow year. Click here for area MAP.

Passes: A valid Recreation Pass  is required at Glacier View Trailhead/Sno-Park May 15th through October 1st.

General Information


From Sandy, OR - travel east on US Highway 26 toward Mt Hood.  North side of  Hwy 26 across from Ski Bowl just west of Government Camp.
