Chadwick Motorcycle and ATV Use Area

Area Status: Open
This area is Open

Nearly 80 miles of multi-use trails for ATV, UTV, motorcycle and mountain bikes wind in and out of deep, forested hollows and down long ridge tops.  It's possible to plan a wide variety of full-loop riding without backtracking. The riding area has evolved to a point where portions of all trails have a "most difficult" rating. Therefore, all riders will encounter advanced riding challenges. There are two Day Use Areas associated with the riding area. One is Camp Ridge located on the northeast edge of the riding area just off of H Highway - No overnight camping is allowed here. A vault toilet and information board is present. The other area is the KC Pavilion. This area provides a picnic pavilion, a vault toilet, and an information board. The KC Pavilion is located along Trail 101 just as it leaves Trail 171. A printable brochure of the recreational area and a printable map is available.
