Jerry Johnson Campground

Located off U.S. Highway 12 across from the Wild and Scenic Lochsa River, Jerry Johnson Campground offers 20 campsites for visitors to enjoy. The campground is located a short distance from the popular Jerry Johnson Hot Springs, where outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a hike in to one of Idaho's incredible natural phenomenons.

Jerry Johnson Campground is located on U.S. Highway 12 approximately 53 miles east of Lowell, Idaho and approximately 57 miles west of Lolo, Montana.

Activities

Campground Camping

All 20 sites at the campground are paved and can accomodate either tents or RVs.

RV Camping

All 20 sites at the campground are paved and can accomodate either tents or RVs.

Day Hiking

The popular Warm Springs Trail #49 is used to access Jerry Johnson Hot Springs and is located a short distance from the campground near milepost 152 on U.S. Highway 12. Many other hiking trails are accessible through the Lochsa/Highway 12 Corridor.

Scenic Driving

Jerry Johnson Campground is located off U.S. Highway 12, also known as the Northwest Passage Scenic Byway, which parallels the Wild and Scenic Lochsa River.
