Hurricane Creek Horse & Primitive Campground

This primitive camping area is located in the midst of a multitude of trails for hikers and horseback riders. A horse camp Is available with stalls. A vault toilet and fire rings are available. Access to horse trails is available directly from the horse camp. Big and small game hunting occurs in the surrounding area.

Restrictions: Horses are permitted only in the horse camp area and on trails. Fire are permitted only in fire rings. No camping within 50 feet of water.

Directions: From Franklin, take US 64W for 9 miles, turn left on old US 64 and follow signs to Standing Indian Campground. Continue south on FS Rd 67 passed Standing Indian Campground for 2 miles. Gravel road
