Mitchell, the highest peak in the Eastern US, and bordering the South Toe River, Briar Bottom Group Campground is a mecca for people who enjoy the outdoors and recreation, such as hiking and fishing. Briar Bottom Group Campground has six sites for up to 50 people at each site. Reservations are required; visit www.recreation.gov or call (877) 444-6777.
