Murray Branch Picnic Area


Area Status: Closed

Fish along the French Broad River or hike the nearby River Ridge Loop Trail. Walkway to accessible fishing pier. Picnic shelter and grills are available (no fee or reservation). This area closes for the year on October 31st and reopens April 1st.

Directions:

From Hot Springs take U.S. 25/70W across the bridge, turn left at the end of the bridge, then right on SR 1304. Go 4 miles.
