Black Canyon East Trailhead

This trailhead is located at the eastern terminus of Black Canyon Trail (#820) within Black Canyon Wilderness. There is a small parking area that can accommodate most vehicles, but parking is limited.

Directions:From Dayville, Oregon:
Head south on County Road 42 and proceed for approximately 9 miles.
Stay left at the junction of County Road 42 and South Fork Road to merge onto South Fork Road.
Proceed for another 3 miles on this underdeveloped road and Black Canyon East (formerly South Fork) Trailhead will be on your right.
