Sand Ridge Trail #1104

Leveling off at ridgetop after climbing through forest, this trail within William O. Douglas Wilderness offers access to several small lakes in what is aptly referred to as "Mosquito Valley."

Swampy areas exist in early season, giving way to dust with heavy use in summer and fall.
