Sleepy Hollow Trailhead and extension Trail #852.1 vicinity map.


Provides access to: Sleepy Hollow Extension Trail #852.1, which is the old Forest Road #2830 converted to trail. This trail is an alternative access point to Sleepy Hollow Trail and Mt. Zion area. The trailhead is northwest of Mt. Zion/ Sleepy Hollow Trailhead and joins Sleepy Hollow Trail #852 from the north.

General Information


From Quilcene,WA, travel north on Highway 101 for about 1.5 miles, then take the Lords Lake Road for 3.4 miles to the lake and turn left onto Forest Service Road 28. Continue on Forest Service Road 28 to Bon Jon Pass. Stay right at Bon Jon Pass, drive approximately 4.2 miles (about 2.2 miles past the Mt Zion/Sleepy Hollow Trailhead.) There is a large open area on the southwest side of Forest Service Road 28 where you can park your vehicle.
