Lake Fork First Bridge Trail #339

The Lake Fork First Bridge Trail is 1.6 miles and connects the Lake Fork dispersed camping area with the Lake Fork Campground.  This pleasant trail is shaded and cool, a good place to spot berries and mushrooms.  There is little change in elevation along the trail and it is a scenic mountain bike ride.  The north end of the trail leaves the dispersed camping area off Lick Creek Road and follows the North Fork of Lake Fork Creek to the southern end, where it joins the East Fork Lake Fork Creek Trail #104.  This trail is open to the following uses: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding.

Directions:  Travel east from McCall on Lick Creek Road about 9 miles to the  Lake Fork Campground, then continue 1 mile past the campground, cross the North Fork Lake Fork Creek bridge, and turn right into the dispersed camping area.  The trailhead is located on the east side of the camping area.
