Spillway Campground

Area Status: Open

Spillway Campground is 10 miles southwest of Lake George in Eleven Mile Canyon. It has 23 campsites with parking spurs 20-45 feet and a maximum trailer length of 25 feet. Facilities include toilets, tables, water and fire rings.

Reservations:	Reservations are recommended in the busy summer months and can be made 180 days in advance maximum/4 days in advance minimum by calling 1-877-444-6777 or by visiting recreation.gov.
Fees:	$22.00 fee per site for overnight camping. Two vehicles or one RV per site is included in the camping fee. $10.00 for a third vehicle. $10.00 fee for day use if not camping overnight. Fees are payable by cash, check, or money order. Self-service fee tube is available. First-come, first-served sites must be occupied the same night.

Restrictions:	Campfires are restricted to fire rings only. Be sure campfire is completely extinguished before leaving. Maximum of eight people per site. Facility roads are not paved. No more than a 14-night consecutive stay. Dogs must always be leashed. No discharge of firearms or fireworks Quiet hours from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.

Directions:

From Lake George, turn off of Highway 24 onto County Road 96. Follow the road for about one mile into Eleven Mile Canyon. Spillway Campground is the last campground in Eleven Mile Canyon near the dam.
