The Lake Ann Trail #1462 is access from the South Fork Clear Creek Trailhead. The trail offers amazing views of Huron Peak and the Three Apostles and follows the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail for 3 miles and then branches off for about a tenth of a mile to the beautiful turquoise Lake Ann.
