Cloyses Lake Trail

Located just east of Winfield, Colorado, this 6 mile, non-motorized trail leads to Huron and Brown's Peak via Cloyses Lake (11,000 feet).  The trailhead is at 10,800 feet, 4 miles south of Clear Creek on Lake Fork. Four-wheel drive is recommended to access the trailhead, as it is very rough. Be aware that the river crossing can be difficult during spring run off.
