Clay Hill Trail #1160A
Extremely steep route with significant elevation gain that provides a connection between Panther Ridge to the north and the Upper Rogue River Trail #1160 to the south through the Wild Rogue Wilderness. The trail follows a ridge and parallels Clay Hill Creek but does not provide access to it. The trail can be very hot in the summer. This trail only receives infrequent maintenance and travel may be difficult.

Also access via Upper Rogue River Trail #1160 between Upper Rogue River -Foster Bar Trailhead (west) and Upper Rogue River-Mule Creek Trailhead (east). The junction for the trail is just east of Clay Hill Creek.
