General Information
Directions:From Grants Pass, OR, travel 5.2 miles on Interstate 5 North, and exit in Merlin (Exit 61). Turn left onto Merlin Road, continuing approximately 15 miles, and turn left onto the Galice Creek / BLM Road 34-8-36.0 (closed / gated November-June due to snow and hazardous driving conditions). Continue for approximately 23.2 miles (becomes Forest Road 23 at Forest boundary), and destination is on the right. (Overlook area is approximately 2.2 miles past the junction of Forest Road 23 and Forest Road 2308.)
