Rio Chama Campground

Located on the Rio Chama Wild & Scenic River.  The Rio Chama campground has no fee.  No reservations are required.  Uses: camping, hiking, fishing and river take. Facilities:  9 individual camp sites with picnic tables and fire rings, two double sites.  Two vault toilets and trash disposal bins are provided.  Special Instructions: RV's up to 20' can be accomodated in some sites.  No potable water, or hookups.   Forest Road 151 is not recommended for travel when wet.

Directions:

At Jct of SH 96 and US 84, travel 8 miles on US84 to FR 151.  On FR 151, travel 12 miles west to campground.
