Elk and deer in the surrounding forest, fish in the Rio de las Vacas and proximity to San Pedro Parks Wilderness make this open meadow site at 8,500'  in elevation a veritable spring, summer and fall paradise. Uses: camping, picnicking and fishing.  Facilities: 15 units, vault toilets, tables and fire rings, drinking water, 16' trailer limit, 30' RVs.

Current Conditions: Open on a first come first serve basis as weather conditions permit. Check back here, or callĀ (575) 289-3264 for updates.
Operational Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be respectful to other campers and turn off generators at 10:00 PM.
Reservations: During the high season of use (May-Oct) camp sites are available for reservation through Recreation.gov
Fees $10 per night per vehicle. Two vehicles are permitted in each camp site.

Passes: Interagency Senior Pass holders (Lifetime and Annual) receive a 50% discount on single unit campsites.
