Cactus Flat OHV Staging Area
Area Status: Open
Cactus Flat OHV Staging Area is off of Highway 18, north of Big Bear and south of Lucerne Valley. Look for Forest Road 3N03 and go southeast, following the signs to the staging area. There is a vault toilet and a couple of picnic tables at the staging area along with ample parking and informational signs.

Restrictions: | Must have current registration and operating spark arrestor. You are required by the California Vehicle Code to have a spark arrester, maintained and in effective working order, whenever you are operating your OHV on any forest-covered land, brush-covered land, or grass-covered land.

Directions:Start from Highway 18 (east of Big Bear City). Turn south on Forest Road 3N03. Turn right on Forest Road 3N07Y. Proceed 1/4 mile to the staging area.
