Sedalia Campground
Sedalia campground is open year-round and provides opportunities for many recreational activities such as wildlife and plant observation, horse riding, mountain bike riding, hiking and photography. Abundant wildlife populations provide some of the most desirable hunting areas in the upstate.
Four single-family campsites and one group site are open year-round. Group site one is available 12 months out for reservations and standard sites two through five are available for reservations for dates 6 months out.
An additional camping loop is open for big game deer season from September 12th through January 3rd and during turkey season in April. This loop offers five more single family campsites and two group campsites from $5/night for single family campsites and $10/night for group campsites.
Campsites are available for reservations on recreation.gov. A 14-day maximum stay limit is in place for all campsites at Sedalia.

| Information Center: | Enoree Passage of the Palmetto Trail, Sedalia Trailhead (Lat 34 37 52 / Long 81 44 11) is the northern most parking area of the Enoree Passage within Sumter National Forest. Trail enthusiasts can hop on the Enoree Passage of the Palmetto Trail and hike the 35 mile passage to the southernmost tip of district. Parking area is free and allows for overnight and long-term parking for users while out on the trail. Users will need a dispersed camping permit if they are camping along the Palmetto Trail. Directions:Sedalia Campground, Union County- From Junction Highway 49 & Hwy. 176:
At intersection of Highway 49 and 176, drive west on Hwy. 49, 8 miles. Turn left, south onto 44-481, Bombing Range Road, and drive 1.9 miles. Sedalia Campground entrance is on the left side of the road.

The Enoree and Tyger Rivers offer boaters and anglers several boat ramps and access points to; hone their paddling skills, fishing skills or fishing stories, and nature watching skills. Visitors can choose between a social or solitude experience, bring a friend or a group, and your equipment. Visitors interested in nature watching will see a variety of birds including red-shouldered hawks, great blue herons, ospreys, wood ducks, barred owls and possibly the American bald eagle. Anglers can enjoy fishing for catfish, small mouth bass and shellcrackers from land or water. Johns Creek Lake Complex; (Johns Creek Lake Complex, Lat 34 37 01 / Long 81 55 01. The complex is comprised of four small lakes; Johns Creek Lake, Sedalia Lake, Wildcat Lake and Macedonia Lake. All lakes are managed for recreational fishing and anglers can catch a variety of fish such as shellcracker and catfish. All lakes allow boats, except Johns Creek Lake, but only electric motors may be operated. Johns Creek Lake is handicap accessible and includes a fishing gazebo and restroom. Sedalia is a primitive campground that has designated campsites in open areas surrounded by woods. Four single-family campsites and one group site are open year-round, fourteen day stay limit is in effect.

Sites 1, 8, and 11 are group campsites. Sites 8 and 11 open only during hunting season.
