Beautiful scenic cabin sleeps eight, nestled in the Sunlight Valley. Three bedroom, one bath log cabin with a fully equipped kitchen and fireplace make for a very comfortable stay.

This facility is not accessible to persons with mobility impairments.
No cell service.

Operational Hours: The Sunlight Ranger Cabin is available for rent May through September.  Reservations begin 6 months in advance.

Fees: Overnight Use:
  $225/night. (8-people)   Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount to Single Campsites ONLY.

General Information

Directions:

The Sunlight Ranger Cabin is located approximately 40 miles northwest of Cody at 724 Sunlight Road. Take Highway 120 north from Cody approximately 16 miles, turn left onto Chief Joseph Scenic Highway 296, and drive west 22 miles up and over Dead Indian Pass. At the bottom of the pass turn left onto Sunlight Road 101, then drive west approximately 8 miles, the cabin will be on your left.

Good fishing in July after highwater season.
