Cooks Ridge Trail #1372


Looking for an energetic loop hike in the old-growth spruce forests of the Cape Perpetua Scenic Area? The Cook's Ridge Trail connects the Discovery Loop TrailCummins Creek Trail, Gwynn Creek and Oregon Coast Trail to create a 6.5 mile hiking adventure.

To access this trail, follow the Discovery Loop Trail, to its junction with the Cook’s Ridge Trail.

11 miles south of Waldport on Highway 101 at Cape Perpetua Visitor Center. The trail may also be accessed from  the northeast by taking FS Road # 55, just north of the Cape Perpetua Visitor Center.
