Tie Trail #1313

Area Status: Open

The Tie Trail connects the North Ridge Trail #1350 and East Ridge Trail #1324 meandering accross the east slope of Marys Peak. The 3.2 mile loop from the North Ridge trailhead across the Tie Trail to the East Ridge trailhead, offers views of the Willamette Valley glimpsed through groupings of large firs.

Current Conditions: Trail is CLOSED to bikes Oct. 16, 2023 through May 14, 2024. Avoid riding on wet & muddy trails to protect the resource. Expect & be prepared for snow conditions at upper elevations, with storm debris on trails.
  • Trail closed to bikes between Oct 15 - May 15 annually.
  • Electric bikes (E-bikes) are not allowed on trails designated for non-motorized use such as mountain bike or hiking trails. E-bikes are classified as self-propelled motor vehicles and are only allowed on roads or trails open to motorized vehicles. Maps for those motorized roads and trails can be found here.
