Wild Mare Horse Trail #4500
Trail begins under a canopy of alder and spruce, and then emerges into open foredune area as it crosses down to the beach.
High water is possible in the open foredune area during the winter. Always use caution on the beach. Watch for sneaker waves, know the tide schedule and stay away from logs in the surf or on wet sand. Look out for deep water and strong currents.
