| Fees: | The Forest Service operates Sourgrass Day Use Area and charges $5 per group per vehicle. Please follow kiosk instructions for fee payment. The America the Beautiful Interagency Senior, Access, Annual, Military, 4th Grade and Volunteer passes are honored and provide free use of the area, please display your pass on your dashboard. |

General Information
Directions:From Hwy 4 at Dorrington, go 5 miles northeast on Boards Crossing Road/Forest Road 5N02. Pass the campground entrance, cross the bridge over the North Fork Stanislaus River, and turn left into the day use area parking. Located across river from Wakalu Hep Yo (Wild River) Campground.
General Notes:
No trash removal; take all your trash and waste with you when you leave.
Parking:
Day use parking for approximately 15 cars in addition to picnic area. Gravel surface.
