Cherry Valley Campground is located in a mixed conifer forested site near Cherry Lake. Each site has a picnic table and a campfire pit with a grill. Vault toilets and potable water is available throughout the campground.

Attention: Camping at Cherry Valley will be limited to TENTS ONLY until further notice. The main road to Cherry Valley was temporarily impassable. It is open now. However, pavement resurfacing will begin soon. Travel with caution and watch for vehicles and crews working in this area. This is the road from Tuolumne known as Cottonwood or Fish Hatchery Road (1NO4). It is the only safe way to Cherry Valley when hauling a boat or trailer.  The alternate road leaves Hwy. 120 about 3.5 miles east of Groveland Ranger Station on Highway 120 and is known as Cherry Lake Road (1NO7). It is very steep, windy, and not much more than one lane in places. There will be traffic on it from big logging trucks so this road must also be used with caution.”
