Bee Gulch Trail
The Bee Gulch Trail features forest, meadows, and creeks. Wildflowers abound in early summer. Panoramic views of mountains and Lake Alpine. Moderate to strenuous. Three miles one-way. General Information
Accessibility:From the Calaveras Ranger Station in Hathaway Pines, California, turn right and travel 34 miles east on Highway 4. At the east end of Lake Alpine, look for the Chickaree Picnic Area on the right and park in the lot. The trailhead is across the highway directly across from the Lake Alpine East Shore road.
