Emigrant/ MCCT Trail (Lakeshore Trailhead)
Emigrant/ Mokelumne Coast to Crest (MCCT) Trail from the Lakeshore/Inspiration Point Trailhead
The Emigrant/ MCCT Trail follows the path of the Lakeshore Trail from its west end at the Slick Rock Jeep Trail (7N17) to about .2 miles before the Lakeshore Trailhead. From there, it splits off from the Lakeshore Trail, crosses over the Highland Creek (Duck Lake) Trail (20E04), and continues east toward Cape Horn.

This trail passes through the Carson-Iceberg Wilderness between Cape Horn and the Stanislaus Meadow Trailhead; bicycles are not allowed in wilderness areas; therefore, they may not travel on that portion of the trail.
