Brule Lake Trail

  

Brule Lake trail is a 7 miles of  trail that takes you into the BWCAW.   A good portion of this trail is within the BWCAW.  If traveling into the Wilderness portion you will need a BWCAW Permit.  Hiking for the day?  Use a self-issue permit, instuctions and the permit can be found at the trailhead kiosk.  If camping overnight, find overnight permit information at "Special Places" on this site, for reservations go to www.recreation.gov .
