Brule Lake Trail


Brule Lake trail is a 7 miles of  trail that takes you into the BWCAW.   A good portion of this trail is within the BWCAW.  If traveling into the Wilderness portion you will need a BWCAW Permit.  Hiking for the day?  Use a self-issue permit, instuctions and the permit can be found at the trailhead kiosk.  If camping overnight, find overnight permit information at "Special Places" on this site, for reservations go to .
