Salo Lake

  

Salo Lake is a quiet lake with a picnic area, dock, and concrete boat landing. Some of the fish found in the lake include panfish, bass, walleye and northern pike.

General Information

Directions:

Salo Lake is located 25 miles southeast of Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota.

  • From Hoyt Lakes take Highway 110 for 13 miles

  • Turn left (east) on County Highway 16 for 7.5 miles

  • Turn right (south) on Highway 44 for 4.5 miles.

  • Turn left onto Salo Lake Road/ Twp 6210. The picnic area and boat landing entrance is about 1 mile down this road.
