Scott's Ridge day use area is located on the west edge of Lake Conroe approximately 2 miles North of FM 1097 on Forest Service Road 212.

Facilities include public boat ramp on Lake Conroe, an adjacent parking area that will accommodate most boat trailers and vehicles and 1 vault toilet.

Directions:

From I-45 take exit 94 (FM 1097), west 8.5 miles to Scotts Ridge Road, turn right (north). The recreation area is at the end of the road.
