Scotts Ridge day use area is located on the west edge of Lake Conroe approximately 2 miles North of FM 1097 on Forest Service Road 212.

Next to the Scott's Ridge boat launch area is a day use area with a swimming beach and picnic sites. There are 3 picnic shelters with grills.
