Day Hiking

Moderately difficult trail. The trail begins on the north side of the mouth of Sitkoh Creek. This is about one-half mile northwest of the abandoned Chatham Cannery which is on the western shore of Sitkoh Bay. The trail starts through a spruce-hemlock forest and is line with salmonberry bushes. Portions of the trail have eroded from the creek making it difficult to follow. It continues across muskegs and in some areas is muddy or underwater. At the Sitkoh Lake East Cabin, a spur trial heads northwest about a half mile to an old logging road.
