Laguna Day Use and Motorized Boat Launch
Laguna is located at Canyon Lake. This site offers families and individuals the opportunity to explore the beautiful desert landscape with just a short drive from the busy cities. Fishing, picnicking, and both motorized and non-motorized boating is permitted at this site. There are several large species of Trout in Canyon Lake which makes for good fishing and a great time! Laguna’s picnic site creates a fun one-day vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Restrictions: | Stay limit 1 day. On most weekends and holidays, April - October, Canyon Lake reaches its maximum boating capacity early in the day and no additional boats are allowed in. On weekends and holidays, parking is for vehicles with boat-trailers only. Be prepared for delays in boat access during summer weekends. Many of the Valley's radio stations carry advisories concerning crowding conditions. Arrange for boat sanitation pump out at Canyon Lake Marina (602) 944-6504. If you PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT! Alternate boat launch: Palo Verde Boating Site, Canyon Lake Marina. Glass containers are not permitted. |

General Information
Directions:From Mesa, take U.S. 60 to Idaho Exit #196. Go north on Hwy. 88. The entire route is paved but is narrow, has sharp curves and often has heavy traffic. View and download a map.
