Pomeroy Ranger District

Clearwater Lookout

The Pomeroy Ranger District, the northern-most District of the Umatilla National Forest, is located within the Blue Mountains of southeastern Washington and northeastern Oregon. These mountains are made up of high plateaus, deeply cut by an intricate system of steep-walled, rim-rock canyons, offering excellent views of the canyons and area surrounding them.

OHV Camping

This campground provides access to the North/South trail which is dedicated for OHV'S under 50".  The campground itself is not open for OHV riding except to ride to your camp site and back to the trail.  Please be considerate of your camping neighbors as they may not appreciate the noise and dust that comes with OHV'S.
