Directions:
From Roseburg, OR, turn on OR-138 east / northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Travel east on Highway 138. After milepost 78 turn west onto Forest Road 4795 (Diamond Lake Loop Road), the north entrance to the Diamond Lake Recreation Area. Go 0.3 mile to the Howlock Mountain Trailhead, on your left.
