Whitehorse Falls Campground


Area Status: Temporarily Closed

Beneath a sheltering canopy of old growth Douglas-fir forest the Clearwater River tumbles into a tranquil pool. The cool, relaxing setting is one of many along the Rogue-Umpqua National Scenic Byway.

  • No garbage disposal - Please pack it out

Current Conditions: 05/09/2023: Closed, when open it is first come first serve $10 a night, pay envelopes and fee tubes or boxes are located on site.
Reservations: First come, first served

  • $10 for campsite
  • $5 for extra vehicle
Usage: Light
Restrictions:
  • Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
  • Campfires in developed fire pits only  
  • Fireworks are prohibited
  • Dogs must be on leash 
  • OHV/ATV use prohibited in the campground
  • Maximum length of stay: 14 days
