Indian Trail #1573

For hikers using the Skimmerhorn Trailhead, this trail offers an alternate route to Fish Lake and Fish Lake Trail #1570 within the Rogue-Umpqua Divide Wilderness. From Skimmerhorn, take Lakes Trail #1578 for approximately one mile until you reach Indian Trail. From there, Fish Lake is a 1.7 mile journey through mixed stands of trees and several small, rocky meadows where wildflowers appear as early as April.
