General Information

Access 1:  Take the Nebo Loop Road from Payson to Pete Winward Road, No. 312.  The turnoff for this road is just before a cattle guard.  There is a large flat graveled parking area on the right side of the road.  Follow the dirt road until you come to another, smaller graveled parking area which has a pole fencing around it.  There is currently no sign for this trail as it was destroyed by vandalism.  The tail is accessed by following the abandoned road directly above the parking area to the top of the hill.  At the top of the hill the trail runs north-south.  Turn right.

Access 2:  Take the Nebo Loop Road to the junction with the Santaquin Canyon Road.  There is a small turnout next to the Holman Experimental Enclosure (a small fenced area).  Park at this turnout and take the Holman Canyon Spur Trail to the north until it ends at Rock Springs Trail, No. 101 Turn right here and go approximately 1/8 mile to the Shram Creek-Rock Srping Trail junction.  The junction is next to a small stream and is signed.
