Archer's Fork Loop Trail

Hikers on natural bridge

This 9.5-mile loop trail may be the most scenic area on the entire Wayne National Forest. This rugged loop trail includes the Irish Run Natural Bridge, a rockshelter, and some outstanding scenery.

The trail is open to mountain bike use from mid-April through mid-December each year.

  • Open 24 hours a day year-round to hiking.
  • Open to mountain bikes during open season.
  • Day and night riding (with lights) is permitted.
