Located in beautiful Summit County Colorado, the Dillon Ranger District is home to four world-class ski resorts, seven Nordic centers, the Vail Pass Winter Recreation Area, the Continental Divide National Monument, and multitudes of scenic opportunities for hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and solitude. Whitewater enthusiasts will find rapids for rafting and kayaking on the Blue River, while sailors will enjoy the challenges and scenery of the Dillon Reservoir – elevation 9017’.
