Blue Lake Trail #3422 (Mt. Jefferson Wilderness)

The Blue Lake Trail begins at the junction with Marion Outlet Trail.  As Marion Creek pours out of Marion Lake the trailcrew constructed bridge crosses over Marion Creek and heads up slope to the junction with Pine Ridge Trail #3443.  After passing that junction the trail travels past Jen and Melis Lakes on the left.  Neither lake is visible from the trail.

The trail heads up steeper slopes before dropping back down past Blue Lake on the right, then Jorn Lake on the left.  The trail meets with Bowerman Lake Trail #3492 at Jorn Lake.  From the junction with Bowerman, the trail continues south past the junction with Dixie Lakes Trail and ends at the junction with Duffy Lake Trail #3427and Santiam Lake Trail #3491.
