Horse Creek Trail #3514

Beginning at Horse Creek Trailhead, Horse Creek Trail #3514 heads east and crosses Horse Creek before entering the Three Sisters Wilderness. This crossing currently has a foot bridge for hikers and a designated wet crossing for stock. The trail then heads southeast up the Roney Creek drainage, passing through Douglas-Fir dominant forest and over several small stream crossings. The trail eventually gets steeper, switching back and climbing to the top of the drainage before leveling out on a route to Harvey Creek. The trail continues on a gradual uphill track through thick and thin forest for sevaral miles before ending at Horse Lake.
