Prairie View Extension Snow Trail

Ikenick Sno-Park » Prairie View Extension

This trail offers some of the most consistent terrain in the area. The Prairie View Extension faces the High Cascades. The sections of the trail crossing old harvest units promise good snow conditions with patches of old growth to marvel at.

Spur roads offer additional options for skiers who are looking to explore new ground. The trail takes off 2.0 miles west of Lava Lake Sno-park and follows Road 2672.

Visitors can park in pull outs where these roads connect with Highway 20. Remember: Sno-park permits are required to park.
