High Divide Trail #3572
After this trail leaves Forest Road 5883, it passes through a hunting camp and continues up a moderate grade. The trail climbs for a distance and then descends and passes through Deer Camp.
Shortly after passing Deer Camp, Deer Lake can be seen off to the south.
The trail begins to drop steeply into Black Meadows where it intersects with the Mt. Ray Trail #3682. Leaving the meadows, the trail follows a rolling grade, passes by Bingo Lake and drops down to the Jim Weaver Loop Trail #3590 (Waldo Lake Trail).
This is mosquito country until mid-July. The trail is not recommended for horses. The trail rises 1,200 feet before dropping to Waldo Lake.

General Notes:
This is mosquito country until mid-July. Suitability for horses is considered poor. The trail rises 1,200 feet before dropping to Waldo Lake. The trail can be accessed from the end of Forest Road 5883-381. Be sure to camp 200 or more feet from the shoreline.
