Kitson Ridge Trail #3606

  

The trail begins at the end of Forest Road 560. The trail follows Kitson Ridge, which divides the Salt Creek and the Hills Creek drainages. The ridgeline is rocky ans has many rock shelters and outcroppings. Predominate tree cover is Douglas-fir with Oregon white oak, Pacific Madrone and western chinquapin. The eastern end of the trail ends at Forest Road 5864-110.
