    I supported Civil Rights Impact Analysis (CRIA) Program for Field Service Teams. Tracked compliance through unit reporting of annual completions of pre and award reviews of Federally Assisted Programs. Worked on the Functional Assistant Team. The goal of the team was to revise the functional assistance review process.
