Abstract
Forest land managers charged with operating and developing an outdoor recreation complex--whether large or small, public or private - constantly face a host of management decisions. What are my cleanup and maintenance needs? What uses and facilities should be provided? Should I expand? Should I add new units? These questions are not easy to answer. And before sound judements can be made, it is necessary to determine approximately how much and what kind of recreation use the area is recieving.
